No Refunds / Exchanges

At Dhuni, we celebrate the uniqueness of handcrafted items. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for minor irregularities that add character to our products. Kindly note what might look like a defect to you, could just be an irregular weave, print or stich, something very typical of handcrafted products. These minor irregularities add to the unique charm of exquisite handwoven & handcrafted products and should not be treated as 'defects’.

All our shipments are carefully inspected, however, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to assist you. Simply contact us via WhatsApp within 2 working days of delivery and we will facilitate the exchange process.

Final confirmation on exchange will be given only after discussion with the customer and proper due diligence by our internal team once the product is received by us.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 9650298102 to report the defect 
  2. Ensure the original packaging is intact when sending the item back. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Shipping address will be shared with you once the request is raised by you
  3. Upon approval, you may exchange the product for an item of equivalent or higher value. In case the new product selected is of higher price, additional amount needs to be paid by the customer separately
