ROOH - Cream (Silk Jamdani)

I’m an avid online shopper. Post instagram, so many “home grown” brands have popped up and I’m their most likely customer. I love trying new brands. Always on the lookout for the perfect outfit but with Dhuni, I experienced something beyond just the product. Right from the first call from their team to the final, I kept looking for something that’ll burst this bubble of “too good to be true” but I’m here to attest to the quality of the kurta, fabric, and especially the customer service. I was having a terrible day today and received my order and it really made my day. They are so clear with their communication and so warm and polite. It’s a great balance of excellent communication and a high quality product!

The kurta color is the perfect shade of ivory. Not too stark white or too cream/beige. Just the perfect pearly ivory. The fabric is so rich and smooth ti touch. The fit of the kurta is what I wanted. Not too tight and more contemporary with the anti-fit they do. And the pants! I love the fit. No comfortable and airy and yet Indian enough for any traditional occasion. I got so excited that I had to try it with my jewelry. It pairs so well with Victorian finish diamonds and even with gold/pearl Kundan. I know my review is very very flattering but I’ve been so disappointed with brands that present themselves well that I needed to put my review across for those that have been disappointed with their online purchases. This one is is a keeper! Sorry for my typos!

It looks surreal once worn . The stunning silk in white and the Jamdani work on it is so so beautiful.
